There’s only 2 official sites run by us - bathmatedirect.com and officialhydromaxpump.com, both using a few regional subdomains. While we work with several resellers, if anyone else is claiming to be an official Bathmate store, don’t trust them.
We are committed to taking down any websites, sponsored links and online auctions that we believe are selling counterfeit Bathmate products, and although we successfully manage to remove many of these sites and listings each day, this doesn't prevent fresh one's from appearing.

They are manufactured and tested to strict quality guidelines to ensure that they are safe and are guaranteed not to exceed the partial vacuum levels permitted under European and USA medical regulations.
Counterfeit Bathmate products are often nothing like the genuine item. They are cheaply made and inferior in quality, style and material and do not meet the strict safety standards of genuine Bathmate products. By using a counterfeit Bathmate product you are posing a serious safety risk to yourself and your most prized asset.
Helping you if you’ve bought a Counterfeit Product
If you believe you have bought a counterfeit product, you may be able to seek a refund from your bank or debit/credit card provider as a victim of counterfeit fraud.
At Bathmate we are committed to providing the best customer care possible and we have a dedicated team on hand to assist with any customer needs. If you would like us to authenticate that the product you have purchased is indeed a counterfeit, to assist you with any such claims, please send the following details to support@bathmatedirect.com:
- Website URL from which you purchased the product
- At least 5 photographs of the item believed to be a counterfeit in as much detail as possible
We are only able to confirm whether or not the item is counterfeit following an inspection of your photographs.
Please note we’re not able to compensate funds used to purchase items from counterfeiters, although by taking online enforcement action and assisting customers, Bathmate is doing its part in eliminating future incidents of counterfeiting.
eBay and other Auction Sites
We are also not able to provide authentication statements in relation to the sale of second-hand products bought on eBay or other online auction sites. Bathmate cannot guarantee the authenticity of such products so does not recommend buying Bathmate products in this manner. The buyer must beware in respect of all such sales.
